Experienced and motivated professional with excellent experience in achieving goals in customer service, sales, tender, and logistics administration. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build collaborative and sustainable working relationships with both management and client, looking to obtain a position in a team-oriented organization where I can maximize and contribute my experience to meet and exceed client requirements.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Working experience as Tender and Supply Chain Admin.
Prepare and execute commercial and technical proposals, to customers, according to the customer's terms and conditions based on their tender documents.
Purchase and negotiation of rates and terms/conditions of carriage with our international suppliers on the basis of the customer's technical specifications.
Meet and complete the request from a different customer when awarding the project/order, such as material submissions, contracts, etc. Manage overlapping projects and track timelines.
Ensures supply chain performance from the order through shipping to billing and customer service.
Determines and orders the right quantity, negotiates prices and shipping terms, and oversees the timely delivery of materials required to meet customer orders.
Review or update supply chain practices in compliance with environmental policies, standards, regulations, or legislation
- Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessment and handle and respond as appropriate
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence and prepare simple interpretation of documents and correspondence if requested
- Prepare, assemble and distribute various reports and documents
- Receive and screen all incoming telephone calls, provide and receive information or refer the matters to the appropriate person to handle
- Keep calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules
- Establish and maintain various filing / records / database of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate
- Arrange for various meetings and take minutes
- Function as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively
- Organize business travel arrangements and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and maintain the calendars for the suppliers or subcontractors as per site request.
- Obtaining Gate Passes and required NOCs of each projects as required by authorities.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office and site requirements.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Two years experience in the same role.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good command in English both written and verbal.

Job Description
Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests. Operate standard office equipment other than computers. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine, including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
